Occasion and period

The prize draw takes place as part of Jedox Elevate 2026 on 1 October 2026 in Frankfurt. The closing date is 1 October 2026, 24:00 CEST.

Who may take part

Participation is open exclusively to persons acting in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity (B2B). Consumers within the meaning of section 13 of the German Civil Code are excluded. Participants must be of legal age and provide a business email address.

  • Employees of better decisions group GmbH and affiliated companies, and their relatives, are excluded.
  • Persons who are not permitted to accept the prize under their employer's rules or applicable law are excluded. Checking this is the participant's responsibility.
  • One entry per person. Multiple entries are not counted.

How to take part

Take part by submitting an estimate via the form on this page, together with name, company and business email address, and consent to being contacted. Participation is free of charge and does not depend on purchasing any goods or services.

Prize

The prize is one add-on of your choice from the bdg add-on programme, free of charge on a one-off basis.

How the winner is determined

The entry closest to the actual figure wins. If several entries are equally close, lots are drawn. Determination takes place after the closing date by better decisions group GmbH.

Notification and handover

Notification is sent to the email address provided.

  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the claim lapses and the prize may be reallocated.
  • The prize is not transferable and will not be paid out in cash or exchanged.
  • Any taxes or duties on the prize are borne by the winner.

Data

The data provided is used solely to run the prize draw and — where consented to — to make contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Details are in the privacy policy.

Exclusion and termination

better decisions group GmbH may exclude participants who breach these terms or provide incorrect information. It may cancel or amend the prize draw for good cause, in particular where proper conduct cannot be ensured.

Other

Recourse to the courts is excluded. German law applies. Should any provision be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
